Self Pickup: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Delivery: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
For delivery, the exact arrival time cannot be confirmed as we use a third-party delivery service. We can only ensure delivery is within the 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM window.
Our cake sizes are available as follows:
5.5inch cake: serves approximately 5 pax
6inch cake: serves approximately 6-8 pax
7inch cake: serves approximately 8-10 pax
Please keep the cakes into chiller (0-4°C) within 30 minutes in an air-conditioning environment after collection. Avoid exposure to heat. Do not freeze.
St Honore: Best consumed on the same day.
Cakes/ Tarts : Best consumed within 2 days.
Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes by car only. Please place the cake on a flat, stable surface at all times, keep the air-conditioning on, and avoid direct sunlight exposure.
For journeys longer than 30minutes, we recommend using a cooler bag with additional ice packs to help maintain the cake's freshness.
Additional one ice pack purchased from us will extend the cooling time by approximately 30 minutes only.
Note: Even with a cooler bag and ice packs, we recommend keeping the cake refrigerated within a maximum of 3-4 hours in air conditioning environment to maintain the best quality and freshness.
Yes! We provide a cake knife, a candle, and a birthday stand with every birthday size cake.
If you need additional candles or other accessories, you can add them in the Add-On section when placing your order.
